Known for his consistency and powerful climbing ability, he has been a key figure in the elite XCO circuit for over a decade. Cink began his career with a U23 World and European Championship title in 2012 and has since secured multiple podium finishes in the UCI World Cup. In 2021, he finished third overall in the XCO World Cup standings, and in 2025, at the age of 34, he claimed his first elite World Cup victory in Leogang. He is also a multiple-time Czech national champion across various mountain biking disciplines. Cink briefly raced on the road, including a stint with a WorldTour team, before returning full-time to mountain biking.
